Clinic separation is enforced twice — once in the application on every read, and again by row-level security in the database. A forgotten filter in a page still cannot return another clinic’s rows.

Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in is two-factor by default, with codes that expire in ten minutes and are discarded after five wrong attempts.

Ask for a record belonging to another clinic and the answer is “not found”, never “forbidden” — because a forbidden would itself confirm the record exists somewhere.
How it works
Onboarding
Existing records, imaging and patient lists are migrated and checked against your own files before anything goes live. Your team gets accounts, roles and a walkthrough of the workflow they will actually use.
Imaging
Radiographs are uploaded from the clinic and returned with landmarks marked and the curve measured against the defined alignment model — so a treatment plan is built from numbers rather than impression.
Tracking
Review points are scheduled into the record, so re-imaging happens on plan. Comparisons sit side by side in the viewbox, and the patient sees the same picture in their own portal.

Pricing
Two charges, both shown before you commit. The platform fee covers the software and its hosting. Line drawing is billed per radiograph, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.

Charged per radiograph analysed, on the following month’s invoice. You are only billed for drawings you request, and the count is itemised on every invoice.
Prices exclude any tax that applies in your jurisdiction. Line-drawing volume is metered and invoiced in arrears. Full billing terms, including cancellation and refunds, are set out in our Terms of Service.
Application checks and database row-level security both enforce the same clinic boundary, independently.
Every account uses a second factor. Trusted devices are remembered for thirty days, not forever.
